Adjustment procedure:
Due to the quick compensation effect of the tension bracket, no
additional setting of the coiling curve is performed.
Under the non-threading status, INV1 & INV2 and INV1 & INV3
run individually. Measure the linear speeds of the various coiling
reels with a tachometer, and adjust the offset and gain (Cd62 &
Cd63) to make them generally synchronous.
INV2 and INV3 run individually to make the tension bracket move
up and down. Check if the frequency at the non-operation region
changes. On the basis of this, check the correct change tendency
of the frequency outside the non-operation region. Observe the movement
of the tension bracket and the frequency changes to decide an approximate
gain value (Cd655~Cd658).
After threading, run at a low speed. Pay attention to the movement
of the tension bracket and adjust the relevant gain values properly.
Accelerate to normal speed to confirm the reliability.
During the stable movement, stop the inverter suddenly to check
if the movement stops synchronously.
After it stops, accelerate again to check the stable action.
On completion of the coiling, change a new coiling reel and redo
the coiling to check if it works normally.
Change the frequency of INV1 to check the movement from low speed
to high speed.
After changing the diameter of the coiling reel and the thread size,
check for normal movement.
On completion of the coiling, reset MCL while stopping.
