     Application of Sanken inverter in sizing & dying machine
 

 Sizing & dying machine integrates yarn sizing and dying functions, and is used in the pre-weaving preparations of spinning industry to complete the sizing work sequence. It is suitable for looms with or without shuttles, and can perform warp sizing of pure cotton, hemp, mixed fabric, chemical fiber, cospinning short-fiber fabric, etc. with starch slurry, chemical slurry and mixed slurry. It meets the sizing process requirements of various high-density, fine-count and wide-breadth fabrics. It is a kind of indispensable critical equipment in a cotton spinning plant for developing high-value and high-benefit fabrics.
Previously, this kind of equipment is mostly imported, and uses DC speed adjustment and mechanical stepless speed adjustment devices. In the recent years, inverter speed adjustment has been accepted by the users. Therefore, we, along with an industry control company of Nanjing, have developed the inverter control of yarn sizing machine and have achieved satisfactory results.

(1) Beam size: Max. diameter 1000mm, applicable breadth 1800mm;
(2) Weaver's beam size: Max. coiling diameter800mm, Max. reel length 2760mm;
(3) Quantity of creels: 4 groups, 16EA;
(4) Speed: 2-60m/min;
(5) Worm wheel speed: 0.5m/min.

  The whole machine is composed of the creel, dying part, baking room, yarn storage bracket, slurry tank, wet division, machine head, etc.
 

1. Tension adjustment of the whole machine:
Integral drive: The main electrode is 11KW 4-electrode inverter motor with inverter speed adjustment. Automobile universal joints are used for side axle driving.
The threading roller is adjusted by the XP1 stepless speed-changer.
The 5 machines near the creel are adjusted by a P4 stepless speed-changer.
The dying tank (3 scouring mangles) is adjusted by a P4 stepless speed-changer.
The last mangle and the dying baking room is adjusted by a XP1 stepless speed-changer.


2. Control of the coiling reel
Sanken VM05-B type (SHF-22kw-B) inverter and 22KW inverter motor are used to drive the coiling roller through a 1:1.3 belt pulley. PLC controls the program and action of the whole machine. Tension roller and tension detector are used.
The tension roller is given by the pressure of the cylinder(CYLINDER 0.15~0.63Mpa).
The tension sensor outputs 0~10V signals (Type PW70d/AIP65 360o 25711%).

 
 
   

To meet the process requirements of stopping during operation and keeping tension, Sanken VM05 series inverters have introduced a completely new function-Zero-speed servo function. When the speed of the machine decrease to under the zero-speed valve value, the inverter is shifted automatically from speed control mode to position control mode, and it suffer no impact of the external torques after stopping. (Motor encoder and SB-PG feedback baseplate are needed.)
